3. Subscription and Payment
- Subscription payments are processed via Stripe. Users agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user via the “Manage Subscription” option in the dashboard.
- LoadHunter reserves the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments (past due status) until the issue is resolved.
4. Acceptable Use
By using LoadHunter, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Avoid misuse of the email functionality, including spamming brokers or unauthorized use of templates.
- Not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute platform code or features.
- Keep private, confidential, and third-party personal information out of the bug reports, feature suggestions, and screenshots you submit.
- Refrain from abusive, off-topic, or duplicate submissions, and from manipulating votes through additional accounts.
5. Termination of Services
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the “Manage Subscription” option in their dashboard.
- LoadHunter may terminate or suspend access if users violate these Terms, including unauthorized use of the platform or services.
- LoadHunter may edit, reject, unpublish, or withdraw any User Content, and may suspend a user's ability to submit and vote on feedback. Such a suspension leaves the rest of the account intact and is not a termination of the subscription.
6. Data and Privacy
- LoadHunter collects and uses data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this collection and usage.
- We access your Gmail data only to provide the conversation features you request: reading the broker's replies in the threads the platform manages to extract load details, and sending outreach and replies from your mailbox. We do not read your wider mailbox, and we do not use your Google user data for advertising or sell it. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Email content is processed by OpenAI through its API solely to extract load details and draft replies for you. Because this uses the OpenAI API (not consumer products), the content is not used to train any AI/ML model, per OpenAI's API data-usage terms.
- You can disconnect a connected mailbox at any time, which stops monitoring, revokes our access at Google, and deletes the stored authorization for that mailbox. You may also revoke access directly at your Google Account permissions page.
7. Feedback and User Content
- Bug reports and feature suggestions are reviewed before they appear on the platform. Once a submission is published it is visible to all LoadHunter users, together with any screenshots attached to it, and your username is not shown next to it.
- You may withdraw a submission while it is still awaiting review. After it has been reviewed and published you can no longer remove it yourself; write to support@loadhunter.io to request its removal.
- By submitting User Content you grant LoadHunter a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to store, publish, and use it, and to develop and ship any idea it contains, without compensation, attribution, or confidentiality.
- We may email the address registered to your account about a submission, for example to ask for the details needed to reproduce a bug.
- Statuses shown on a submission, such as planned or in progress, describe our current intentions only. They are not commitments, and we are under no obligation to implement, respond to, or retain any submission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- LoadHunter provides its services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
- Users assume full responsibility for decisions made using LoadHunter, including load negotiations and broker communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
LoadHunter is not liable for:
- Loss of profits or business opportunities.
- Errors or delays caused by third-party services, such as Google, Outlook, Ring Central, or Stripe.
- In no event shall LoadHunter's liability exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the past three months.
10. Updates to Terms
LoadHunter reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or notifications on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Contact Us
